p-roll - four: morocco
“Morocco’s been a trip I’ve been hoping to manifest for a while now. It’s safe to say every regular footer in the biz has the place on their bucket list, considering it being the land of right points. When my friend Jesse first mentioned the trip to me I was flight stalking flights within five minutes and planting my feet on the African continent before I knew it… just had to go down.
We had a good crew in Taghazout for the surf portion of the trip - myself, my girlfriend Quincy, Grant Monahan, and our friends Jesse + Maggie Joeckel, who invited us and made the whole trip possible. We were guided by local ripper and new friend Ilyas Masrour, who couldn’t have been cooler. He put us on all the best waves at the right times and showed us what the local hospitality was all about.
For the remainder of the trip, we all went our separate ways - Quincy and I traveled to a couple of Moroccan cities and a desert camp to get a extra dose of exotic culture. It’s a different world over there for sure, but one I won’t soon forget nor miss an opportunity to return to. Here are some 35mm photos from the trip I hope you enjoy I’m (still new to processing so please forgive any imperfections in the film. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Anyway, thanks Morocco”— PS
